    The location is great for easy access to

    El Peñol rock and the town. The lack of sound insulation between rooms can be bothersome at times. Still, the staff is friendly, and the pool area is clean and inviting.

    All rooms were huge.

    I was offered a room with pleasant views of the lake. The staff were mostly pleasant and amicable and the location was particularly good amazing on the lake. What's more, it was really close to Piedra del Penol, the lakes and outdoor areas.

    Loud noise from the pool area made it hard to relax. Tap water is not drinkable-seriously, it's bizarre. No complimentary bottled water available !!! Overcrowded hot tub situation could use some serious management!!!

    This place suits me perfectly! It has free Wi-Fi, a heated pool, and excellent 24-hour service. I fondly remember when the staff helped me with a hot drink when I was cold. I highly recommend enjoying the whirlpool! I'm coming back for a new year.
